We curate studio sessions in some of the best studios in the world, putting together people we believe should be working with each other.

Alongside the sessions, we host events that bring together the wider WORKROOM community.

We curate each room around the people involved, bringing together different skills, ideas and backgrounds that we think could work well together.

There’s no set outcome or formula. The aim is simply to put the right people in the room and make great music.

WORKROOM sessions bring together people at different stages of their careers.

Some have major credits and billions of streams. Others are still building their name.

We don't choose people based on numbers, status or who they know. We choose people because of their talent and what we think they can bring to the room.

We listen to the music.

People are selected based on talent, what they do well and who we think they could work well with.

Follower counts, popularity and industry status aren't what get you into a WORKROOM session.

Applications open for selected sessions and writing camps throughout the year.

Some people are also invited directly by our team where we think they would be a strong fit for a particular session.
